A 3-day touring adventure to the seldom-visited Barron Saddle Hut. The trip includes a professional guide, helicopter access, and hut fees.
Barron Saddle Tour is an achievable mission for competent, experienced ski tourers, preferably with some alpine climbing experience. 3 days allows for a relaxed pace and time to work around weather and snow conditions.
ou fly in and ski/snowboard out via the high traverse route, through Sladden Saddle.
We include a “weather contingency” day, to provide flexibility in case of bad weather at the start of your trip.
The trip is available from mid-August into spring when snow conditions are generally at their best.
